Equipping pastoral women to influence policy and practice.

For generations, traditions have marginalized the indigenous women of northern Kenya, barring them from leadership positions, attending social gatherings, or even voicing their concerns and solutions to the challenges they face.

Our governance and leadership programme strives to equip and empower the indigenous women of northern Kenya with the resources and leadership skills they need to occupy spaces and positions that ensure women voices are heard and valued at all levels of decision-making.

The programme entails:
